Position GSP3MAS to the abutment wall area, overlap the edge of the fascia by a minimum of 50mm in line with the bottom edge of the 1st course of Envirotiles.
For installation on warm board roofs tack / screw down at 500m intervals along the full length of the abutment.
For cold batten / lathe roof installation tack/screw direct to the batten, 25mm from the batten edge, at every batten course.

The installation of the abutment soaker is crucial for ensuring effective waterproofing around the abutment wall area. It is imperative that the soaker overlaps the edge of the fascia by a minimum of 50mm, aligning perfectly with the bottom edge of the first course of Envirotiles. For roofs constructed with warm board, the soaker should be securely tacked or screwed down at 500mm intervals along its entire length to guarantee stability. In contrast, for roofs featuring cold batten or lathe systems, specific installation techniques should be applied to effectively manage water run-off and enhance the longevity of the roofing system.

Return & Refund Policy

The Company may at its sole discretion allow the Customer to return excess stock of goods it holds so long as any request for a return is made by the Customer within 30 days from the date of delivery of the Goods.

Goods will only be accepted for return if the following conditions are met: -

(a) the Customer contacts the Company prior to returning the Goods and receives written authority for the return/ from the Company;

(b) the Goods are not defective;

(c) the Goods are returned in their original packaging. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will not accept the return of any loose Goods;

(d) the Goods are in resalable condition;

(e) the Customer bears the cost of the return.

Any Goods which have been accepted for return by the Company are to be returned to the Company at the Customer’s expense and will be subject to a restocking charge.

The Company reserves the right to reject any Goods returned which do not meet all of the conditions set out above and any such Goods will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.

Any refund due to the Customer will be paid to the Customer less a restocking charge within 30 days of the Company receiving the returned Goods.
