- 5 mm continuous opening – install at 2.0 m apart subject to pitch requirements

N.B. Ventilation must comply to BS:5250-2002. Ventilation methods vary and are determined by type of property and roof type applications.
Return & Refund Policy
The Company may at its sole discretion allow the Customer to return excess stock of goods it holds so long as any request for a return is made by the Customer within 30 days from the date of delivery of the Goods.
Goods will only be accepted for return if the following conditions are met: -
(a) the Customer contacts the Company prior to returning the Goods and receives written authority for the return/ from the Company;
(b) the Goods are not defective;
(c) the Goods are returned in their original packaging. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will not accept the return of any loose Goods;
(d) the Goods are in resalable condition;
(e) the Customer bears the cost of the return.
Any Goods which have been accepted for return by the Company are to be returned to the Company at the Customer’s expense and will be subject to a restocking charge.
The Company reserves the right to reject any Goods returned which do not meet all of the conditions set out above and any such Goods will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
Any refund due to the Customer will be paid to the Customer less a restocking charge within 30 days of the Company receiving the returned Goods.
